Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times of:

7–12 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume periods.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, BOIRE is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BOIRE is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, contact our support team and we’ll do our best to help.
